The recent changes to the pricing of the premium expansions is yet another indication of the way things are done now with no consideration for what players want.
We are blocked at every turn with ridiculous changes that make it clear that there is no forward planning to try and improve the situation that was created by the devs not paying attention. Trying to fix something retroactively is a nightmare and we have all been witness to this.
If you want to change something, you analyse the problem and then come up with ways to improve it without breaking other things in the process. And you always consider how your customers are influenced by these changes. You don't underestimate their intelligence and patronise them. You try and get them on board with what you are trying to do and in this way you improve the game without alienating your customers.
Now would be a good time to lay out your plans for the future in a clear and concise way. Give us an indication of how you see the game evolving. Something positive to make us remember why we loved this game in the first place.
We need something cool and we need it now. Something that makes us believe that you give a damn about your players.
