I would like the addition of the numbers the lower level requires. Actually there are the numbers of the actual level and the numbers of the next level to achieve (ok, you have to do your math, but it is there - see link above for suggestions for this feature) but you do not know how much culture loss is allowed to maintain at least the next level beneath. Or do I miss something and I can see this if I do my math there as well?

Bernardus, I think you were looking for this idea (click). In this thread it's suggested that the culture pop-up should look like this:

Total Culture: #
Required for Level 0: #
Required for Level 1: #
Required for Level 2: #
Required for Level 3: #
Required for Level 4: #
Available: #

Please support the idea in the referred thread! Also, if you like one of the other ideas concerning the culture pop-up in the thread you linked to, please support those as well.
