Cannot reproduce Increased production boost not displayed correctly until after reload.

After I finished a tournament province my (silk)bonus went up from 391% to 402% according to this screen:

However if I look at my Relic overview it is still 391%:

I have to reload the game to get the correct bonus of 402%.
