Not a Bug incorrect tourney points counting/some other bug

Reproducibility: 1/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
How can Charlie Chocolate get 1074 points few hours after tourney start being in chapter 5 without polar bear? Only first round provinces should be available at that time, which give 30 points. 1074 is not dividable by 30...

Expected situation:
Correct counting

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open tournament ranking within few hours from now
2. Find Charlie Chocolate
3. Notice tourney points

May be time boosters were used for 4 provinces, but that's not sounds like a good investment...

I don't see anything like that for other players, so probably that's really diamonds/time instants.

Or may be not. Jackluyt now have same score. Doubt 2 players decide to reset cooldown for 4 out of 31 provinces (or even more)... unless they are trolling me )
