Current situation:
Tooltip of Witch Hat show requirements of Magic Potion
Expected situation:
Correct tooltip
Reproduction Steps:
1.Open FA waypoint that require witch hats
2. Mouse over witch hat and look at tooltip
btw, tootips of other magical items are wrong too... there should be "gaining" instead of "producing" and "and" instead of "or"
