Cannot reproduce Incorrect Notification on Daily Event Prize

Exactly my reaction when I saw it.

EDIT: Ok, not sure what the issue was that caused that message, but it's been cleared up.

That screencap is from a city well into Chapter 3. Advanced Scouts was done right after I won the Outhouse pictured below the Festival Merchant I'd just won. When I won the same prize in my main city, which is on the final tech of Dwarves, there was no red notice. I went back to the Chapter 3 city and checked the prize again, the notice was gone. I've been playing for more than a year, I have several cities, and I've never seen that before. It's probably a fluke that I'll never see again, but I did get a laugh from it.
