What actually happened:
If you visit another player's city by clicking some listing (rankings, messages, notifications), which you are doing by clicking on your cities page on the player's name in the listing, you get as only option to leave the city page of this other player's the button at the bottom saying: 'Back to World Map'.
But you didn't come from your 'World Map' (but from your city page ...), so 'BACK TO' is incorrect.
AND: Maybe you are not always obsessed to get leaded to the 'World Map', maybe you simple wanna go back to there, where you came from ...

How often has this happened:
Always you visit another player's city by clicking player's name in some listing (rankings, messages, notifications)
