Hello , it's been several times that I try to connect to Elvenar but the loading bar always stops at 68%.
What should I do.

Try clearing your browser's cache and see if that works, or otherwise attempt loading the game in incognito/private browsing mode. Instructions for the first can be found at this link and instructions for the latter can be found at this link.
