Fixed [22649] HTML5 - Unable to close window by clicking somewhere else

Normally you can close a window by clicking somewhere else but with HTML5 enable that doesn't work to the right and beneath that window.

Clicking anywhere in the red part doesn't close the window.

With HTML5 turned off everything works fine.

Clicking to the right of the buttons, all the way to the right edge, results in the same as clicking on the buttons them self.

This is also true for the Cancel/Decline button, clicking to the right of it in the space between the next button is the same as clicking on the Cancel/Decline button.

The Confirmation window which pop-ups behaves the same.

Also happening with 1920x1080 resolution.

Still happening after latests updates. Very annoying.

With the diamond decline, I could repro it with clicking below the button too.
And with the quest decline, it indeed doesn't close the window by clicking it below or on the right, except when it's in line of the button.
