Duplicate HTML5 : No Neighbourly Rewards while visiting

Current situation:
Under HTML5, I'm not able to receive any Neighbourly Rewards (Chests) from visitind my Neighbours. But, If I Switch back to the Flash version, It works fine.
Expected situation:
I should be receive the Chest for neighbourly help no matter if i'm working under HTML5 or Flash.
Reproduction Steps
1. No Rewards under HTML5
2. Switch Back to Flash
3. Get a Reward under Flash
4. Go back to HTML5
5. No Rewards under HTML5
