Answered how to play with html5 instead of flash

so I am using a browser that is based on chromium, which would usually suggest, that the html-5 feature should be sufficient to run elvenar with html-5

yet, even if I set it to html-5, the system still loads flash.

any suggestions how to use html-5 without tinkering around with plugins that alter the user agent string, etc?

current browser: vivaldi on windows 10.

The reason is that vivaldi is not a supported browser for html at this time. We are getting there but obviously it is the more used browsers that take the priority I'm afraid. Sorry @Juni I'll give a kick to try to make it quicker for you :p

thank you.

but that seems to be a bit weird, since vivaldi uses the same rendering engine as chrome does. so getting that done should be trivial.

You can use HTML5 if you change your user agent to a supported one.
Vivaldi is based on Chromium and should work fine.
You can always swap back with changing your user agent again.
