Duplicate Graphics Issue

Current situation:
Graphic for Barracks building is offset to the top and right by a few blocks.
When attempting to move the building, the green area showing available spot to set it down is there and the building sets into place.
BUT, the graphic for the building is not in the same location. It overlaps other buildings.
All functions seem to work, but the image for the building is covering other buildings.

Expected situation:
The graphics for the Barracks Building should not be situated atop other buildings.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Click "MOVE" icon
2. Focus on Barracks and click
3. Move building
4. Performs as expected except that the graphic is not in the right place on the map.

Thanks. Yep, seems to be the same issue.

So what or where is the fix?

And yes... now the same issue is occurring on other buildings.
