Duplicate graphical bugs re-invented: KP bar while visiting member/neighbor

Current situation:
Visiting a member I can see my KP bar shine through again, cause I have the mediation spell acitvated. I reported this bug long time ago and it was fixed. Now it is back again.

Expected situation:
While mediation spell is activated the KP bar should not be visible when visiting a city of another player.

Reproduction steps:
1. Have meditation spell active
2. Visit a member/neighbor
3. Click on "Adventure badge"
4. KP timer shows below city name
