Current situation:
Magic Academy not fully shown, hidden partly by "overlapping" residence.

Expected situation:
Buildings should not overlap each other or should dominate others from left to right side...

i cant seem to reproduce this:

lvl 5 magic academy and lvl 25 houses right?

No, It was only once. But I think it has todo with neighboring buildings who finish production perhaps. Not sure, how you handle these "layers", and if they are handled correctly for all cases.
