Current situation:

If we press on any goods bulding, the window is wondering what to do

Expected situation:

There should be some numbers in my opinion

Reproduction Steps:

1) Log in
2) have any goods bulding
3) start a production
4) check window

This occurs even with already upgrading bulding too

Halflings settlements fields have this issue too
