Not a Bug Give me Orks please !

I cannot get armories higher than 19 but the system wants orks from me to conquer provinces! What should i do? I am punished for being very active !

this is intended and you can still battle

Hi achilles,

this is sadly not a bug. You need to have a lvl 20 or higher armory before you can make orcs (unless if you win an eventbuilding that produces orcs or have an orc producing wonder - which you will need to be in orc chapter for)

possibly you still have undiscovered provinces on your world map that do'n ask for orcs yet.

I cannot figth, because systems armies are more than twice so big than mine.

I have only red provinces in my world, and they need all orks, i believe

Then you have overscouted. Stop and wait until you have reached the Orcs and Goblins chapter.

Not really, you are stuck (not punished) because you are unbalanced. You scouted a lot, conquered a lot, but you neglected your technologies and so you must improve your research before you can progress.
