Duplicate getting stuck in map-mode loading screen

working: city-view, click on mapview, get to map.

not working: city-view of another player (!), click on mapview, stuck in loading screen.

can anyone confirm this?

I don't even reach this situation, it gets just stuck during loading, and only reloading the whole game helps.

EDIT (some hours later): it worked again... no idea why.
