Duplicate Garbled message appears when trying to build.

I was trying to see what was needed to build a new building, and when I did I noticed a garbled message. This is happening with all buildings. I then noticed that I did not have a builder available. When I looked back at the script it said that I need to buy another builder but it was written in one or two letters in a column on the left side of the page.
Also during the "Menhirok quest" I tried to build one of the buildings I had in inventory and none of them appeared but a message saying I don't have any buildings yet. I know I do have several buildings I have received from other quests I had not built yet.

This was reported on the same day Marindor said we could not reproduce it anymore because its fixed. So not sure if i have to reopen the original report or not.
