Got something like that today. For certain urls oxzz.innogamescdn.com wait for 10 seconds before sending response. After all it take ages for client to load, and then almost every move take ages to load on-demand resources too.

For me oxzz.innogamescdn.com resolves to 84.17.46.49
tried 3 different ISPs, all the same.
After forcing oxzz.innogamescdn.com to be 185.59.220.199 (other cdn node), everything started to work flawlessly.
