Current situation:
Game hangs when the load bar reaches approximately 75-80% when you try to return to the province after an encounter

Expected situation:
Province loads successfully

Reproduction Steps
1. Complete an encounter in any province OR start an encounter and surrender
2. Click the button on the popup window to agree to go back to province
3. Game hangs
