Duplicate Game crashes when building Manufactory

Current Situation:
I placed one Silk Manufactory, with no problem. When I try to build a second one, as soon as I place it, the game shows an "Internal Error" pop up, and crashes. Resets after that, and comes back with the building not placed. (doesn't happen with any other buildings, only Silk Manufactory)

Expected Situation:
I should be able to place the building and start building it.

Reproduction Steps:
Choose the Silk Manufactory from "Goods" tab and place it somewhere in the city.

I don't know what happened but it got fixed 6 days after I contacted the support...
Last night, I finally built my second and third silk manufactories.
