Duplicate Frozen barracks production

Hi.
My barracks' production is frozen. I had noticed several days ago that, when I launched a new production, it took the place of the one at the first spot instead of at the end of the soldiers' production line. But now, I can't even erase a production and the one at the first spot (cerberus II) takes an eternity (never) to complete.
