I wonder if friends requests are ever going to be introduced in this game. This will eliminate all the complaints about empty hoods. Ok, so not undermine benefits of fellowships, allow trades between friends still with the commission but less than with other undiscovered people. Also of cause number of friends should be limited. Would you agree with this idea?

The idea of a friendship functionality is already proposed in this thread (click). Please discuss this idea there to keep the forum more clear. I'll close this thread as a duplicate. :)
