This is a suggestion for for any new chapter from now on.
I would like to see the resources needed to build and or upgrade a settlement building to use at least 2 of the chapter 18+ goods at the same time.
Now you have to use tier 7 +1 for stage 1 of the portal and T7 +2 for the first upgrade.
So no one at the start of chapter 19 was trading with the others for they soled something they didn't need and it will take a very long time before players are so spread out that they can trade for what they need.
What I would like to see is:
Building the portal would only ask for 60k T7 +1 AND 60k T7 +2.
Upgrading the portal would only ask for 82k T7 +1 AND 82k T7 +2 (level 2)
Upgrading the portal would only ask for 105k T7 +1 AND 105k T7 +2 (level 3)
Upgrading the portal would only ask for 125k T7 +1 AND 125k T7 +2 (level 4)
It could be T7 or T8 or even T9
The same goes for the extra settlement buildings as well.
This will make the trader work as intended for you can/need to trade with other players that has the other goods to you need and they have to trade with you as well.
At this moment only putting up T8 goods and asking for T7 +1 or +2 and using time boosters work and that is not the intention of the game.
