Not a Bug Fix Missing Street Connection

Hello, I have a "Fix Missing Street Connection" quest after selling the Fairy Portal and all Farms. Nothing is not connected. I restarted the game and the quest is still there. Please assist.

Are you sure there isn't a building with a stop sign hovering over it anywhere ?
