Current situation:
Fire Phoenix cannot receive Ensorcelled Endowment even thought it can receive neighborly help on culture.

Expected:
Fire Phoenix to be able to receive Ensorcelled Endowment

Reproduction steps:
1. Have a Fire Phoenix
2. Try to give him a Ensorcelled Endowment

This is not a bug but it's intended; as reported for older Phoenixes, it has been disabled because it conflicts with pet food.
