Finally Chapter 18 Can Be Finished

The badge requirements for the last row were removed! I no longer have to have a bazillion time boosts and weeks of play to finish a single tech. I have no idea how far back this goes, my main city is much larger and was able to finish this a long time ago. I'm interested in finding out what row this started in, since there was no way I was going to ever start another chapter in my small Beta city again. And no one else in any of my cities is even close to finishing Chapter 18.

I expect this to hit live servers as part of the release of chapter 19.
Looking at the time it usually takes new chapters to reach live servers, that would be within two weeks.
