If anyone is still having troubles, could they please:
Log out and clear the cache. Also, do a soft reset of the modem. Switch it off for a couple of minutes.

Let us know what happens.

I cleared the cache before posting. Since my smart TV, live world city, iPhone and iPad are not having problems; I don't believe it to be the modem or computer related. I explained more related details to support. The problem does exist on the mobile app as well.
