Current situation:
Expelling a member from the fellowship does not update (recalculate) members fellowship ranks directly, without the need of closing and re-opening the fellowship window.
Expected situation:
Most other windows like offers in the trader window meanwhile update on changes. So, member ranks could do also, after adding or removing a member.
