This has been happening since yesterday.
Upon visiting a Fellowship member's city to polish their culture,
you must go back to your city and then on to the next Fellowship
member in order for the culture polish to work.
If you try to go down the member list from the Fellowship icon, to
reach your members, clicking on their culture does nothing.
This is a horrible waste of time and should not be left this way.
