Contact(ed) support fa items diappearing

on my Beta Fellowship Adventure when i claim completed items and then go to app;y them at the points it says i dont have anything claimed. the items have just diappeared. i have lost 2 arcane residue, 2 diamond necklaces, farmers and blacksmith. makesmit difficult to play
