Cannot reproduce Expiring building timer is not counting

Reproducibility:
5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
When you open info window for expiring building, timer in the corner show time left, but that time is not counting down and refreshed only on info window reopen.

Expected situation:
Timer should count down as other timers

Reproduction Steps:
1. place expiring building
2. open it, notice timer
3. wait for amount of time required for this timer to show different numbers (better do that at the end of building lifetime, so that would be a few seconds/minutes)
4. notice that timer haven't changed
5. close and reopen building, notice different time left in the corner

Just rechecked it again, leaved this window opened for 1:10

timer shows 4d, 20 h for more than hour => no countdown.
reopened => it shows 4d, 19 h. => timer is refreshed only on window opening.

We tried to reproduce this but the game goes into idle mode when left for an hour. When the expiring building got down to hours and minutes and then idle mode did not come into play, the clock counted down as it should do.

If anyone else is having this issue, we would like to hear from you.
