Not a Bug Endless Excavation takes effect after acquiring old value?

As title says my Endless Excavation shows old value so its either a bug or i need to collect old value first and new value based on supplies storage will take effect after it.

The implementation of the AW rebalancing appeared not to have been finished yet, sorry for the confusion. We took it out of the Release Notes and will add it again once it's fully done
