Would be great to have end turn shortcut Button, like a spacebar.

Yeah, I agree. Its kinda clumsy right now, especially when my units are the bottom starting point
Sometimes I even misclick and end up moving them... then they die...

Sounds good to me too :]
Archiving this as implemented, although there is still no end turn shortcut key/hotkey, there is now a Skip Turn button just above the current unit indicator at the bottom of the screen. Using this is less likely to result in a misclick than using the Skip Turn button on the unit itself.
