OK, it is probably a routing problem, beta is out on the browser and for some reason this is now my route to beta, can't even imagine why my path goes to ARlington, VA, and not directly to Prague as before

You can force oxzz.innogamescdn.com to resolve into 185.93.2.241 (which is working for you according to previous screenshot) using hosts file or router static dns entry as a workaround.
