Chest for 85 currency was nerfed for time-boosters but buffed for daily prizes.
Before it was:
15% for daily
10% for 200 currency
35% for 2 magical manufacturing
40% for 4x 8h boosters

now it's for 86 (+1 cost) and includes:
25% for daily (buffed +10%)
10% for 200 currency (same)
20% for 2x 5h boosters (extreme nerf, twice the chance, twice the ammount and almost twice the effect)
45% chance for 8 KP (extreme nerf, almost half chance for useless KP)

Also cost worse than before for main prize as it stays 3 main prize points per chest and it's cost is up to 86 from 85

Chest for 142 currency is now for 161 - inside's stay same as before
it's now better than before for main prize (cost lowered from 28.4 to 26.83 per one point to main prizes)

Chest for 57 currency is now for 54, stays the same as before, better for main prize now than before
Chest for 41 currency is same as before, only nerfed from 40% for 3 KP to 40% for 1 KP
Chest for 26 is now for 25 but there's now chance for 1 inspiring meditation not 2 as before
Chest for 28 is now for 25 but instead of 45% for 3 magical manufactoring it's 45% for 2 workshop spells.

So:
Most expensive chest is now slightly better than before because of lower cost : main prize ratio
85 chest changed to 86 chest is now much worse than before in prizes aspects and better in daily reward aspect
Other chests are slightly worse than before with prizes and there's no chest to reward magical manufactoring spells.

Wait what? The most expensive chest became even more expensive: 142 -> 161, with the same chance of winning dailies.

there's no chest to reward magical manufactoring spells.
MMs are still in the Green chest, just 2x instead of 3x.

@UlyssesBlue They have been posted on our forums (the new ones) by one of the game file diggers. All pop/kult hybrids from this event have pop/kult ratio in the favor of culture.

But it was 28.4 currency for 1 point to main prizes, now it's 26.83 for 1 point to main prizes.

142:5 is more expensive than 161:6

It give 6 flags now instead of 5.
I missed that part in comparison, need to write another parser.=)

@UlyssesBlue new buildings are already on elven architect:
Dragon Float
Float of Bubbles
Float of the Constructs
Woodelven Float
Chariot of the Dwarven Brewery
A Halfling Carriage
Valentine Float

no graphics? Damn
So: Float of bubbles: useless
Dragon Float: Worse than Halloween Building, 366 pop per 1x1 compared to 412.5
Constructs: Cult only, useless
Elves: 2700 seeds in 36h - what a weird timer!
Dwarves: 316.6 pop per 1x1, even worse than Dragon!
Halflings: Culture only, worse than "burning man" and 20 other buildings
Main prize - 1/3 less seeds in 24h than festival merchant in 12h, more than 10 times less mana than carnival set fountain, 3rd building to give infamous 3 KP

Dragon Floats have the same dimensions as L35 residences, and have slightly better pop and massively better culture. Might be a good plug-and-play option for people who don't need extra coins.

5500 pop compared 8100 pop + Springwell bonus? Or you mean normal residences? Magical residences are the standards to compare for me and also best pop/cult buildings like winter stars or father tree of candy canes

L35 residences can only be regular ones; max magical residence is L15. As long as one still has regular residences, Dragon Floats would still be a good deal (ignoring coins and ranking points). That's on pop alone - unless one has L25 and above Thermal Springs, and even then that leaves a big culture surplus (which may or may not be useful).

@MinMax Gamer Considering that mentioned someone is not in the same chapter as in the winter or doesn't have winter's pop/cult hybrids. But number of those players will be very limited. Well, those buildings will be probably exchanged in the next event with Venars anyway.

Venars III are one of the best if you value both population and culture at once.
Also, some people prefer to have strongest 5x4 building instead of two smaller ones, even if they have little bit stronger pop. Size 5x4 fits very well in the city layout. It's a nonsense to me to introduce daily prizes for main event which are much weaker than halloween side-events prize ...

There are wishing wells to grab, luckily ;)

Thank you so much for going back to the 3 chest system and getting rid of that stupid casino/lottery.

Does anyone know if the quest line is fixed versus random and are there a limited number of quests or infinite?

It's not a question of whether you've got some better buildings - it's a question of whether or not you still have any worse buildings. As long as you have pop buildings with worse efficiency (e.g. L35 residences), these dailies make sense. Even if you have a few magic residences / VR3 which are obviously better.

Plus, it is nice to have the same dimensions as residences so you can swap these in and out as needed without any layout changes. I grabbed 20x Father Trees of Candy Cane from the last event (better pop efficiency), but I will still probably get some Dragon Floats as I still have plenty of regular residences around. Some will go into reserve to allow for future flexibility with teleporting.

And it's not that we're guaranteed Venar's in the next event...

Same quest segments as in winter event. Not sure about amount of currency and quest objectives yet, but first (almost static) segment looks exactly the same.
Perhaps it is indeed a carbon copy of the quest setup from the last event. That won't be a bad thing. Having said that, we didn't have daily quests the last time, so I am not sure that amounts would be the same.

later segments even tho they are similar to winter event have some quests changed, level restriction comes already in segment 4, upgrade buidlings quests are back, complete provinces or solving encounters are new addition and quite early aswell
