Ensorcelled Endowment cant be cast on Mermaids Paradise and Stonehenge while they dont have feed effect and pet food is not aplicable on them

Expected situation:
Being able to cast EE on this building

1. observe that Ensorcelled Endowment cant be cast on Mermaids Paradise and Stonehenge
