It was not announced at all!
The only way I heard of it was that my city blue-screened, and when it reopened there was a pop-up announcing that the session had started.
It was not announced in any of the forums...

Great. Having a Q&A session without telling anyone. Is that the new way to have less ppl asking questions or why this nonsense??

Well that is one way to avoid the tough questions I guess....
Of course they talk about the new chapter, which is fine, but for the 3 interesting things we got
"Spells: we're working on something, but it's a secret"
"Diamonds: we're working on something, but it's a secret"
"City buff preferences: we're working on something, but no details."
