Sometihng went wrong with the editing of the video. The answer to the question about event quests is missing. Instead the answer about the Decaying goods is repeated twice.

Sure, we're thinking of something, but we aren't allowed to tell you anything.

We try to balance them, we have steadily improved them, and will continue to do so.
4. Why do Sentient Goods decay? 06:15
So that you don't stockpile between guest races.
5. A system to filter out zero-star Trades? 07:25
There are plenty of existing filters, use them, and the bad trades will go to the bottom.
6. Blueprints to upgrade Event Buildings (no news) 08:44
Soon? Maybe Soonish? We aren't allowed to tell you anything.

Rather disappointing. They also missed any mention of extending the broken rune shard bar, but if I had to take a wild guess:
"Soon? Maybe Soonish? We aren't allowed to tell you anything"
