Answered Dwarven Portal Question

I know this has been asked before, but I'm far too tired to hunt for it right now. I've finished Dwarves and am now researching Advanced Scouts for Fairies. I've cleared away the granite and copper mines and the tracks...how soon can I get that portal out of my city?

About two or three (tiny) quests after finishing the Advanced Scouts quest. I know there is a list of quests on gamersgemsofknowledge.

It's right after Research Advanced Scouts, so you don't have to wait to long. It's declinable so you can even sell it right now but then you won't get the reward for doing the quest.
