Current situation: City was inactive and had been moved to the edge of the beta map. Became super active on the beta and was immediately moved to a more active area. Scouting progress was left behind and could be visited.

Expected situation: Scouting progress should have been relocated with the player?

Reproduction Steps
1. Log in.
2. open world map
3. open provinces overview
4. using distance and direction from your city submenu locate province that is 48 away
5. open navigate to province

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!
