Answered DMG of monsters when taking relics

I saw when i fight monsters that something is odd. When i fought monster he did lets say 200dmg when he had full army lets say 22 units when i took him down to 1 unit he still did alot dmg like 150+ isnt it major bug or game was supose to be created like this
