rather odd idea, I must say. 5% culture bonus, meh, hardly measurable. Most of us have
plenty of culture already and the spells we can use on our culture buildings already
give them a bonus. Would rather see the 'coming soon' items in the Fairy Age tech
tree unlocked instead :D

Why not concern yourselves with fixing all the bugs in the game now before worrying about any new features.
