There are a few delays with handing out the Diamonds, that is true, yes. We apologize for that and we're working on improving there (it's also partly because of that that we're looking to expand our team). Diamonds will be credited for valid bug reports, even if it may be with a delay. No worries there - you will get what you should get.

I have no problem with that. Like I said, there were quite a few bugs in the quest line and it is more important to fix those first before dealing with other issues.

Well yes, in a perfect world, but often bugs don't appear until they are out in the world being used by many people. Which is why we have beta.

Oh really? "upgrade building to level X+" is been known bug for months! Yet still not fixed. Is completely ignored by developers.
