Cannot reproduce Disappearing buildings

I'm not 100% sure that this issue hasn't already been addressed, but here goes.

Most buildings that take seconds to build, i.e workshops, residencies, Basic Good manufactory, etc, are unaccessible after you build them. They appear in their normal place, but you cannot touch them.

When it happened to me I went to a new page, research then World Map, and came back. Not only was the Workshop I had built unaccessible, it was invisible. The Zs were visible, as shown below.

After some testing, same thing happened with Planks and Steel Manufactories did the same thing. They were only visible and accessible when I logged out and came back.

i cant reproduce this. do you get this always?

did i read this correct how you got this:
build a workshop
visit another player by using ranking (player from another page)
go to world map
wait till construction is complete
go back to your own city and find the completed building invisible and/or inacesseible

Well, until that last part. It was inaccessible at first, but when I clicked to another page it was invisible AND inaccessible when I came back.

But that's over now. It only last two days. Wonder why it happened, though...

Gonna mark this as, cannot reproduce for now.
If it happens again, please let us know in this topic so we can reopen it.
But i hope its resolved completly.
To me this looked like an asset that couldnt be loaded for some reason.
