Duplicate Disappeared offers in trader

Hi,
5 minutes ago I used the trader to create some (10 or so) offers: 100 planks against 100 steel.
When leaving the trader and then clicking again on it, my offers are nowhere to be seen in "Your offers".
More annoying, my planks were taken from my goods, but no steel was credited!

So I guess we could describe this bug as a blackhole: goods are taken, offers are not created.
