Different colors for the "Helping Hands"

It is often difficult to find the building the player like to be helped.

Change the color for builders from white to e.g. red or yellow (easier to find)

Or, I think this is difficult, different colors for the culture levels of the buildings.
Bright for higher level to dark for lower level

yes, really, it maybe hard to locate, especially when the city is slow to load
