are you sure you arent mistake with the crystal rewards?
Both are blue.
Also be aware that there is no "popup" on the app.
Once you get it on the app, it's immediatly added to your account, so you need to check before and after harvesting your wishing wells to see if it did or did not add.

Sorry, I am not any help for a Beta tester in providing the information you are asking for. Possibly a more knowledgeable player will experience the same problem.

In case this is some odd glitch that only happened to you, you should do an in-game ticket to Support to see if they can verify your diamond totals over the past few days.

@CrazyWizard is probably right, often crystals are confused with diamonds. Please send us a support ticket so we can look into your specific situation.
