Duplicate deleting residence into negitave

I did this twice now to see if only a glitch but was able to do again with even less population. It is allowing me to delete residential buildings into the negative. I was hoping it would stop me the second time but it did not.

Hi Golden,

Thank you for reporting, but this actually isn't a bug, as you can read in this topic. However, to advance further in game (for new non-cultural buildings and upgrades), you'll off course need to get your population up again. For now, I'll lock this thread as a duplicate, but feel free to discuss about this in the other topic if you wish
