Not a Bug Culture Requirements-differ

The culture requirements listed under the sun is different than what is showing under the ranking. Mine says 4100 under one and 3961 on the other. It's not like this on live.

that are different numbers, one from ranking shows amount needed to build your city, one from sun - amount of culture to get appropriate culture bonus.
